La santé du périnée c’est IMPORTANT. En effet, cet ensemble de muscles influe sur la santé intime des femmes. Sa perte de tonicité, de force, se traduit par des pertes urinaires (incontinence) ou la perte de qualité lors des rapports sexuels. Préserver son périnée à tout âge de la vie est donc incontournable. A l’occasion de cet article, nous vous en disons plus sur un exercice pour le périnée, à faire seule, et qui s’appelle « le demi-pont ».

Exercice pour le périnée : le demi pont

Pour cet exercice, le seul accessoire nécessaire est une chaise. Appuyez cette dernière contre un mur pour lui permettre d’être stable et éviter les reculement intempestifs.  Maintenant, allongez vous au sol, le plus près de la chaise de telle sorte à avoir les pieds sur le bord de la chaise. Vos bras doivent être étendus sur le sol, paume vers le haut.

A présente dans cette position, essayez de soulever votre bassin en expirant. Stabilisez cette position quelques secondes, et essayez de hisser encore plus haut votre bassin. Ces mouvements trouvent appui sur vos bras. Conservez cette position une dizaine de secondes, et retrouvez votre position initiale, en douceur.  Répétez l’opération par séquence de 5. Lors de la redescente, n’hésitez pas à mettre vos bras derrière la tête.

Cet exercice du périnée aura pour incidence de travailler l’élasticité du périnée.

Régularité, application…
